Shippers create the demand that makes the marketplace valuable, so we subsidize that side — the free plan lets you run real shipments and request quotes at no cost. Forwarders capture value by winning that business, so every forwarder plan is paid. The entry price is low, but it keeps quote quality high for everyone.

Each paid tier lowers your per-shipment service fee (shippers) or success fee (forwarders). If you move enough volume, the fee savings exceed the plan price — so upgrading actually lowers your total cost. We'll show you a live “you'd save $X” estimate inside the app once you're close to that point.

Annual billing gives you two months free versus paying monthly, billed once per year. You can switch from monthly to annual anytime; the savings apply from your next renewal.

Prices are adjusted by region to reflect local purchasing power, and billed in your local currency where supported (for example, NGN in Nigeria). Your region is set from your verified billing country at checkout. Naira prices shown here are illustrative and re-baselined periodically against the anchor price.

You keep access through a grace period while we retry the payment and send reminders — we never cut you off mid-shipment. Only after the grace window do shipper accounts return to Free and forwarder accounts pause new actions while keeping read access.

Cards, ACH, and SEPA globally; in Nigeria and across Africa you can also pay by bank transfer and virtual account. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
